The right aftercare helps to maintain shape and colour and protect brow hairs and the sensitive skin around the eyebrows.
Important
General Aftercare guidance at a glance
Follow these instructions in the first 24/48 hours and the period specified for each recommendation.
Avoid heat for 48 hours
Do not use solariums, saunas, steam baths or swimming pools.
Pause active skincare
Do not use AHA, BHA, scrubs or anti-ageing products on the brow area for three days before or after treatment.
Protect brow area
Do not apply exfoliants, anti-ageing care or tanning products around the eyebrows for three days after treatment.
Use aftercare serum
Apply the recommended aftercare serum twice daily.
Follow recommendations

HD Brows Design & Lightening
Redness after waxing or threading is common and should subside throughout the day. If possible, do not touch the treated area for 24 hours and do not apply make-up there.
Use eyebrow conditioner daily after colouring. For very dry or damaged brows, HD Brows recommends SOS Rescue Brow Balm as an intensive night care treatment.
If you experience swelling, an itchy rash, bruises, abrasions or cuts, contact your HD Brows stylist directly.
BrowSculpt
In the morning, use a brow brush to bring the laminated hairs back into the desired position. No product is required for this.
For a more set, freshly laminated finish, a strong eyebrow gel such as Brow Glue can be used. According to HD Brows, the results last six to eight weeks.
BrowStay
Oil-based cleansers, anti-ageing and exfoliating products can cause the hybrid tint to fade more quickly and should be avoided in the eyebrow area.
HD Brows specifies up to ten days of skin stain and up to six weeks of eyebrow hair tinting for BrowStay.
