Parcels are only handed over by Swiss Post against signature (registered mail).

Invoice
With this payment method, your order will be delivered by invoice. Please note that invoices will not be sent by post. You will receive invoices electronically by e-mail. You can access the invoice at any time via your customer account. The payment period is 30 days from the invoice date. We reserve the right not to accept the payment method depending on creditworthiness or dunning level and to change the order to prepayment instead. In this case, it is of course always possible to cancel the order free of charge. We ask for your understanding for this security measure.

TWINT (Switzerland / Liechtenstein only) 
Is a Swiss payment platform that enables sellers and buyers to process payments between themselves. TWINT processes the payment with you and forwards the payment to us accordingly. You can find more information about this service at www.twint.com. There is no additional fee.

VISA / MASTERCARD
These are internationally recognised credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept other credit cards due to the high fees. There is no additional charge.

PayPal
PayPal is an internationally recognised payment platform that enables sellers and buyers to process payments between themselves. PayPal processes the payment with you and forwards the payment to us accordingly. You can find more information about this service at www.paypal.com. There is no additional fee.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
With your order you will receive a tracking number from Swiss Post / Deutsche Post / DHL with which you can track the order

CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
To change or cancel an order, please call us at +41 77 477 7000 or send an e-mail to info@hdbrows.ch. If you wish to change an order, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Under certain circumstances, it may no longer be possible to change your order. 
You can only cancel training courses under certain circumstances. 

You are entitled to return incorrectly ordered, defect-free products in undamaged original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund (provided the packaging is in perfect, resalable condition).
We do not provide refunds for items that we determine have been used or have been used before.

RETURN
It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the products by packaging them appropriately and using a reputable delivery service. Please enclose a completed returns form with your items.
The cost of returning the items is your responsibility.

COMPLAINTS ABOUT PRODUCTS
If you have received a non-functioning product, please send us an e-mail to info@hdbrows.ch with a brief description of the problem and a photo showing the batch number.
After clarification with the manufacturer, we will check and arrange a replacement for the product if it is a production problem and has been confirmed by the manufacturer. Please understand that we cannot accept any liability for incorrectly stored products. You must return a non-functioning product within 7 days (with the original packaging) if the manufacturer requests the product for further investigation.
