This Privacy Policy applies to the HD BROWS SWITZERLAND website, its use, enquiries, the Professional Support, training-related communications, the Studio Finder and linked digital services, to the extent that UNEW is responsible for the respective processing.

Separate Online Shops are standalone digital environments and can have their own Privacy Policies. For processing within such a shop, the Privacy Policy of the relevant shop applies.

3. Processed personal data

Depending on use, we process identification and contact data, company and professional information, communication data, information about enquiries or training interests, as well as information provided voluntarily. When you visit the website, technical data such as IP Address, time, resource accessed, referrer, browser, device, operating system, server log data, consent selection and - if consent has been given - analysis data may be collected.

The Studio Finder searches the studio data provided on the website directly in the browser; the search is not submitted as a request to UNEW.

We process personal data to operate and secure the website, to analyse errors, to communicate and process enquiries, for Professional Support, training-related enquiries and organisation, to provide the Studio Finder, for consent-based reach and usage analysis as well as to fulfil legal obligations and to protect or enforce legal claims.

5. Website, Hosting and Server Logs

The website is hosted at Hostpoint AG in Switzerland. When accessed, the hosting infrastructure processes technically necessary data, in particular IP Address, date and time, requested resource, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and device information as well as status and error data. This processing serves delivery, stability, security, error correction and protection against misuse.

Specific retention periods depend on the respective technical and operational requirements; no uniform deadline is guaranteed for all log data.

6. Contact and Professional Support

The website offers direct contact options via email, telephone and WhatsApp. If you use such a channel, we will process your contact details, the content of the communication and the accompanying information required for processing. With WhatsApp, the provider's conditions and data protection information also apply as soon as you open or use their service.

The website does not provide a general contact form.

7. Training Enquiries

For training enquiries, we process the information required for the request, communication, organisation and follow-up. This may include name, Contact details, company, professional background, training requested and voluntary communications.

If the specific booking or transaction is processed in a separate shop, the Privacy Policy of the responsible shop applies to processing there.

8. Online Shops and external offers

The HD Brows V3 website does not process the full shop transaction itself. Links to products and Training lead to separate Online Shop environments. From the moment you access the respective shop, the processing of order, payment, delivery and transaction-related data in particular is based on its Privacy Policy.

9. Cookies and Consent

The website saves the consent selection in a technically necessary cookie. Necessary storage and technologies can be used without analysis consent, as long as this is legally permissible. Optional analysis technologies are only activated according to the saved consent status after consent has been given, if such consent is required.

The selection can be changed at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. When you revoke your consent, the website attempts to remove existing Google Analytics cookies.

10. Google Analytics 4

With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 from Google to measure usage and performance. In particular, page views, device and browser information, approximate location information, interactions and technical identifiers can be processed.

The implementation sets the analysis consent to “denied” by default, deactivates advertising storage and advertising personalisation and only loads Google Analytics once analysis consent has been given. IP anonymisation is activated in the configuration used. Other Google advertising services are not referred to as being used by this statement.

11. Videos and external content

The videos embedded on the treatment and training pages are locally hosted MP4 files. Playing them therefore does not transmit any data to YouTube.

Maps from Google Maps are embedded on the Training Centres page. When such a map is loaded, a connection to Google is established; In particular, IP Address, browser and device information as well as the page accessed may be transmitted to Google. Furthermore, we only describe external embeddings to the extent that they are actually used.

12. Social media and external links

The website contains normal external links to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube as well as other external offers. Unless clicked, these links are not embedded social media services and do not transmit any data to the respective platform via the website. Once opened, the landing page's privacy policy applies.

No Meta, TikTok or LinkedIn advertising pixels were identified as tracking technologies used on the V3 website.

13. Recipients and processors

Personal data can, to the extent necessary for the respective purpose, be transmitted to hosting and IT service providers, communications providers, training or support centres responsible for an enquiry, as well as authorities or legal advisors. The material technical providers of this website are, in particular, Hostpoint for hosting and Google for consent-based analysis and for accessing embedded maps.

External shops and platforms process data as part of their own services in accordance with their respective data protection guidelines.

14. Disclosure abroad

Individual providers can process personal data outside of Switzerland. This can particularly be the case with Google Analytics, Google Maps, WhatsApp or when opening external platforms. Where necessary, we base a disclosure abroad on an adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or a statutory exception. We do not claim a specific basis for transfer if it is not verified for the specific transaction.

Personal data will be retained for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose, the processing of a request, the contractual or legal relationship and applicable legal documentation and retention obligations.
